Atea Lodge is easy to find once you have arrived in Coromandel Town (1 hour from Thames by road).
Directions
Tiki Road takes you to Coromandel Town. Turn right into Kapanga Road, travel 2.5km, turn right into Driving Creek Road. Atea is less than 1km from the turn off and is easily recognisable by its stone wall that features the word ATEA.

By air from Auckland to Coromandel airstrip on Great Barrier Airways - approximately 20 minutes
By road from Auckland to Coromandel - approximately 2.5 hours
Bus service from Auckland - approximately 3.5 hours
